A result of not being grateful to God, honoring Him, and giving thanks to Him, is that your foolish heart will be darkened (Rom 1:21). This is a scary pronouncement if you, like most of our culture, have been deceived in to thinking that being constantly dissatisfied is just a normal part of life.
