Around here we are not fans of looking at the past and deciding that everyone was stupid and weird. Every generation ever has its quirks & geniuses.
That does not mean, however, that there are not some practices from history that are mind-blowing to us today and definitely did not strike enough people as odd in the past. Join us as Summer tells the story of the first female English published author and her incredibly odd life choices – the anchoress, Julian of Norwich.
